I never received my order. My tracking states that it was delivered, but never received it. I have been in contact with my Post Office, but I have been trying to get in contact with this business as well. I have sent 4 emails and no response back. They were quick to email me to say that it was delivered and to take my money, but when I have a problem about how me, the customer, is not at fault of how I have not received it, they are MIA.

The item is damaged, and I have made contact 1 time and a picture was requested, I sent the pic, but now I get no response.. No one is helping me with this.

Bought this for my sone who is 9, he likes playing with them

Works but can be messy!

Looks pretty but as soon as I held it I knew it was a plastic coated cheep piece of jewelry. I would not have purchased it if I knew not all the parts were metal. I will not be gifting this as I expected to.

LOVE my charcoal powder and can tell a difference in my color!!!

They certainly do what they said they'll do & that makes them a GREAT buy/purchase. What I liked most of all is they're just for the heal area which is where I believe most of us women usually have the driest areas, especially during the dry winter weather.
