Very cute for the price
I never received my order. My tracking states that it was delivered, but never received it. I have been in contact with my Post Office, but I have been trying to get in contact with this business as well. I have sent 4 emails and no response back. They were quick to email me to say that it was delivered and to take my money, but when I have a problem about how me, the customer, is not at fault of how I have not received it, they are MIA.
Your package was successfully delivered by USPS. Here is the delivery confirmation. October 23, 2017, 12:49 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox SAN ANTONIO, TX 78245 we highly suggest again that you contact your apartment manager to retrieve your package from them!
The item is damaged, and I have made contact 1 time and a picture was requested, I sent the pic, but now I get no response.. No one is helping me with this.

Hi we replied, we asked that you try to charge it, and if it didn't work even after trying to charge we would send you a replacement immediately. We were still waiting to hear back from you. And to be fair you had only contacted us a few hours ago we tried literally minutes ago. Thanks!!

Works but can be messy!
Looks pretty but as soon as I held it I knew it was a plastic coated cheep piece of jewelry. I would not have purchased it if I knew not all the parts were metal. I will not be gifting this as I expected to.
