Necklace: The necklace itself is fine. The quality is nice for the price and it will be perfect for Christmas. The 2 star review: I left a 2 star review because I do not like being lied to. I reached out 3 days after the item should have shipped to inquire about what was going on. I received an immediate reply that it was shipped "the other day" and if I did not receive it by the following Friday (over a week later) to reach out again. Well, the item didn't actually ship until 5 days after the response email. I did receive it by the following Friday. However, I would have appreciated honesty. If they had responded that for some reason the shipment was delayed but I would be receiving the item in a little over a week I would have been ok with that. I don't like being lied to.

This is the second pair I have purchased since the first pair get destroyed by my toddler. I love these. They keep my heels cushioned throughout the day. My heels are smoother.

Product is pretty neat. I wish there was instructions included but I got the idea well enough from the listing. Only 4 stars because shipping took a really long time for a non personalized product. Had to contact seller twice and the first time they were pretty snarky. But I read that in their responses to other reviews so I wasn’t surprised. Like the product, but won’t order from the seller again
