Wrong cup color and bad customer service. I purchased 2 yellow cups, and when they arrived they were 2 different shades of yellow and the lid was not the same color as the cup as pictured. I reached out to customer service about this and they responded and offered to either give me a refund or send a new cup. I asked them to send me a new cup, and they never responded after that. I've sent 3 emails since and have not received a response from them.
