I have yet to receive my order from beau tresors the bows can u please help me find out where they r they where paid in full and I have record of the deduction from my bank account but u fortunately I erased by accident the confirmation email from seller and when I emailed her about where my order was she told me she needed order number date and exactly what I ordered which I don't have but hoping u can send that info to seller letting her know I have let u know I paid and still have not received order? Thank u

Bigger and better than expected

My vinyl decal was peeling off from the first time I took it out of the box. :(

Wrong cup color and bad customer service. I purchased 2 yellow cups, and when they arrived they were 2 different shades of yellow and the lid was not the same color as the cup as pictured. I reached out to customer service about this and they responded and offered to either give me a refund or send a new cup. I asked them to send me a new cup, and they never responded after that. I've sent 3 emails since and have not received a response from them.

Ehhhhh.... very cheap material. Initials look nice but material is very flimsy/cheap. Won't be using as the gift I bought it for.
