Super cute
Ordered Nov 16,2016. Never received. Tracking number is not working and the seller is argumentative and won't issue a refund. Today is Dec 13. That is 27 days. She is rude and when I even asked she came back at me. 27 days. Not my fault for $26 in merchandise and this is my first month with Jane. This is nothing that should be very special anyway. Unacceptable service.
We are sorry for the issues with your order and if you thought we were being rude. When orders are marked delivered we do have to open an investigation with USPS to see what happened and where they were delivered which can take up to 7 business days, a bit longer at Christmas time, which we asked you to wait for the refund to be processed.

Cover had white markings all over it. Will not be able to give it as a gift as I originally hoped to do.
Sadly, the passport cover I ordered was not the best quality. It arrived bent in the mail, and the monogram was cheap. It had an outline around the lettering, making it look like a sticker-and it was not straight.

I was really disappointed when I got these and there were cut marks around the monograms. Emailed seller and no response.
