I'm disappointed in this company. I ordered 5 koozies as gifts, I received them and 4 are fine. One was printed with extra writing on the back. I contacted them and they promised to send out a replacement for the mistake. That was December 21st. I've emailed multiple times to follow up and see when it will be shipping and never hear anything back. Their costumer service is not impressive. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the first person to have this issue either.

Huge hit at xmas. The vinyl names seem to be good quality and are on straight. took a really long time for shipping though but got it in time for xmas.

I would not have even given give this a star if I didn't have to do something to be able to write down my experience. I will NEVER order from "Beau Tresors" again!!!! They do nothing but take your money!!! I ordered a watch at the beginning of Dec as a Christmas gift and still have not received it. It's Jan 6th. They claim that it got lost in the mail. And once you email "Beau Tresors" and state you want a refund they do not respond to you!! I will NEVER order anything from them again - and would advise that you DONT either!!!!

Seller shipped the wrong product. Contacted the seller regarding the mistake, no response. Reached out again and got a response stating she would send out the right product. Never received. Contacted the seller twice afterwards to check on the shipment as it was a Christmas present. Never responded, nor shipped the correct product.
