This material snags very easily. I wore the dress one day and somehow got several small snags on it. Very disappointed in the quality of the material.

Dress ran a bit small and wasn’t flattering on me. Asked for a refund and they were fast to respond back. I gave this a 4 star because of the great customer service.

The item itself did not work out for me (the small was too big), but Anna-Kaci is great to work with, quick to respond, generous, and understanding! Will definitely shop here again.

The blouse was was too large. When I reached out for a replacement, I was accommodated very quickly. Wonderful customer service.

The medium size I normally wear was too big but I think it's because of the shape of the neckline and I am very narrow through the shoulders. I reached out to customer service and they were wonderful. The company (Anna-Kaci) even let me keep the size that didnt fit and sent me a smaller size. I gave it to my grand daughter so now we have matching tops!!

I really love my new dress. It pretty and cool for the summer.

This is GORGEOUS!! It looks very chic & boutique quality. I’ve received a lot of compliments, I went with the cream. For reference, I’m 5”4, 140 lbs.. I’m a C Cup chest. I ordered a medium. **I needed to reach out to the seller bc the elastic broke in the sleeve. Deflating the puff sleeve effect. They responded immediately and shipped out another! Also, I have 3 pieces total from this store which all have exceeded expectations. Great quality & service!**

It wasn't the product that was an issue, but the shipping. It took over 2 weeks to get.

I didn’t think this dress looked good on me at all. But the customer service was so awesome and they let me get some thing else. And I will probably gift this dress to someone else!!
