I gave this company 5 stars for their customer service. I purchased a size small. When I received the dress it definitely was not a size small and there was no tag on it to indicate the size. I sent an email with my concern. I received a reply within a day. The company gave me the choice of a refund or any clothing item on their site. Plus, keep the dress and regift it, which I thought was a great idea. I will definitely purchase more items from this company.

I am 5'1" and a size 4, so I ordered a small. The dress was large in the bust area, exposing a part of my bra. It was also very large where the side cut out was. On a taller woman, this dress would have looked very beautiful, but it just didn't fit me the right way. I will also say that material was thinner than expected and felt cheap. However, I gave this dress an overall rating of 3 based upon the service I experienced. I reached out to an Anna-Kaci representative, who initiated a full refund for me. The representative displayed very good customer service skills. I would consider ordering from them again based on the wonderful customer service I received.

Anna-Kaci is wonderful. I bought this in a Large as sometimes I need a large, but in this case I need a medium. They are sending me a medium and allowing me to keep the large. I don’t have to send it back! This was the second time they have allowed that. Seamless (pun intended!)

The product didn’t work for me, however, the customer service was top-notch! Super efficient and easy to work with.

Great dress! The fabric is light weight which is nice in humidity. It does run a little small so I’d say order up a size if you want a more relaxed look.

It is a very pretty top. Dressier than I thought it was going to be.

The shirt is exactly as pictured and is very feminine. Love the rouging at the neck & sleeves. It is a boxier, shorter-styled shirt, but I expected that. I ordered a large in black. For reference I’m 5”4, 145 lbs.

This material snags very easily. I wore the dress one day and somehow got several small snags on it. Very disappointed in the quality of the material.

Dress ran a bit small and wasn’t flattering on me. Asked for a refund and they were fast to respond back. I gave this a 4 star because of the great customer service.

The item itself did not work out for me (the small was too big), but Anna-Kaci is great to work with, quick to respond, generous, and understanding! Will definitely shop here again.
