We had ordered a small and a medium in this dress and both were way too big. When I contacted the seller to return the item, she graciously extended the invitation to get anything I wanted from her website or she would be happy to issue a refund. Either way I did not have to return the two dresses. She told me I could gift them to someone. Her generosity makes me want to buy from her business again.

Great work shirt

The dress is adorable but I’m about 100 lbs and ordered a small. The small was super big , so I contacted customer service about an exchange. They were very helpful and took care of my issue right away.

Cheap material

This dress is adorable!!! It feels so good! Super cute! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Anna-Kaci! I have many of their dresses and all of them are super cute and fit just right!

Fit is as recommended but the dress is very see through.

Fits as recommended sizing. Fabric is a little on the cheap side but was cute.

The dress is larger than what the sizing recommended. I have tried to return with no response.

The dress was too small, I should have ordered a medium. However, customer service was fantastic and got me a replacement. Thank you!

Not as cute on as pictured which is a bummer bc the ad makes it so cute. Bummer!

I gave this company 5 stars for their customer service. I purchased a size small. When I received the dress it definitely was not a size small and there was no tag on it to indicate the size. I sent an email with my concern. I received a reply within a day. The company gave me the choice of a refund or any clothing item on their site. Plus, keep the dress and regift it, which I thought was a great idea. I will definitely purchase more items from this company.

I am 5'1" and a size 4, so I ordered a small. The dress was large in the bust area, exposing a part of my bra. It was also very large where the side cut out was. On a taller woman, this dress would have looked very beautiful, but it just didn't fit me the right way. I will also say that material was thinner than expected and felt cheap. However, I gave this dress an overall rating of 3 based upon the service I experienced. I reached out to an Anna-Kaci representative, who initiated a full refund for me. The representative displayed very good customer service skills. I would consider ordering from them again based on the wonderful customer service I received.

Anna-Kaci is wonderful. I bought this in a Large as sometimes I need a large, but in this case I need a medium. They are sending me a medium and allowing me to keep the large. I don’t have to send it back! This was the second time they have allowed that. Seamless (pun intended!)
