I placed this order over 2 weeks ago and I have still not received any shipment notification or status update. I emailed the seller to request an update on the status and I have still not received any information back.

I have not received my order????

Have not received it, emailed the company and have heard nothing, tracking number they gave is not an active one. These were supposed to ship on the 17th.

I can't review this item yet as to I still have not yet received it. I think I should have by now but haven't.

Could NOT be cuter!

Still has not arrived. I really hope they come in soon because they're a gift for my daughters birthday. EDIT: Dresses arrived and they're adorable! HOWEVER, I did not received the TinkerBell dress I ordered. Contacted customer support 4 days ago and I have not heard from them yet.

Still has not shipped. Shame on you Jane.com for featuring this seller. I gave them a chance despite the negative reviews assuming you would not have a seller who was still this bad. I was wrong. Wanted this dress for an event Friday and now I'm stuck scrambling. Don't buy if you need this in a reasonable time frame.

Never received the dress. Tried contacting the seller several times and many different ways and still have yet to hear from them (it's been 3 weeks). Very disappointed! This was supposed to be a gift too.

It's been several weeks and I still haven't received the princess dresses ordered from this seller. No response from the seller either. Would never order from Presley couture again

Super cute , simple and cottony-comfy! No weird itchy fabrics or crazy glitter everywhere like you get with a traditional princess costumes! Only complaint was shipping took a while! It's worth the wait.

It has been 3 weeks and it's still processing. I have emailed the company and haven't gotten a response.

I haven't received them yet. When I receive will be able to update review. Estimated shipping date was 9.17. For order on 9.9. I have emailed seller, waiting on a response. Update 10.6.17. Seller emailed back 9.27 after my email on 9.24 and said they would go out the next day. Package was finally mailed 10.4 and received 10.6. I ordered 4 dresses and only received 3. Have emailed seller again waiting on a response. 10.20 finally received my last dress of the order. So the dresses are great my daughter loves them. So in that regard I’m happy. I wouldn’t be so annoyed with this whole transaction if the seller would have just disclosed that shipping would take a month instead of stating 10 days or saying you would get them out ASAP. I mean just be upfront it’s better to do it that way instead of over promising.

- Way Finder Princess Dress - We leave September 28th. I really hate to leave a bad review, but I'm hoping my order can be resolved and I will happily complete a new review. I sent this email to seller, but haven't received a response. Hi, I was wondering if I'd be receiving my item by September 28. This was ordered for a trip to Disney. It says estimated ship date would be September 17. I'm trying to figure out if maybe it was shipped and notification wasn't sent or if it's yet to be shipped? Thanks so much

We received this earlier than expected which was so great because I ordered it for my two year old about a week before a Disney World trip. We received it a day before we left. I had reached out to the seller the day I ordered and asked that it be sent out as soon as possible if possible. She responded the next day and shipped it out that day. I would order from the seller again because the dress was adorable and as expected (exactly as pictured) and the seller was quite accommodating.

I got the Elena dress it's very cute and fun. My 6yr old hasn't taken it off yet. The fit is good I got the medium 7/8. The fabric is soft and comfortable. My older daughter wants one now. This is the second one I have bought from this company and I am very happy with them. The gold belt is not my fav. It reminds me of the 90's gold I had for my clogging dance outfits. 😬 update 11/2017 the sides of this dress have ripped and come apart through the fabric.

Fit a little bigger then true to size. So soft and comfy. Great quality. Love the details, especially Belle. Will order more!!

Very soft, comfortable dress. So cute and simple. I ordered a size up like the description recommended and it fits a little large but that’s to be expected when sizing up and it’s not noticeably large just a little roomy at the top - room to grow. I will probably order more of these dresses they’re so fun!

Really soft and well made. Dress was fully lined inside making it less of a costume and more everyday clothing. Shipping was a little behind, but I'm sure they've been overloaded with orders so I was fine waiting a few extra days. Love this dress, wish I'd gotten one of each!!!
