These dresses are AMAZING!!! My daughter loves them- we've received so many compliments on them & since the ones we purchased have a fan/twirl design.... my daughter spins constantly!! We adore the Snow White dress- all cotton w a tad of stretch!!! Beautiful in person & now we've ordered more- Elena & Minnie!

I have not received this yet. I have contacted them 3 times asking what it hasn’t shipped yet and still no reply! I need this for my daughters birthday in 2 weeks! This is ridiculous!

This dress is adorable and my daughter (3) loves it. She can't wait to get to enjoy wearing it during fall weather. It will look cute with leggings underneath too when it gets really chilly. A great, high-quality casual/play dress!

Dresses were supposed to ship on 9/16, and nothing has been sent yet. I would hesitate to purchase from this seller again as it would appear that my experience is not isolated.

Go by the sizing recommendations, but so soft and so cute!

Wouldn't know since I haven't received it yet. I've reached out to the seller to no avail. Now I'm waiting to hear back from Jane. How many negative reviews are needed before this seller is banned??

It did take awhile to receive. But the fabric is soft, comfortable, and durable. They were all quite short on my very small toddler so I would Recommend a size bigger if your child is average or tall for their age.

I placed this order over 2 weeks ago and I have still not received any shipment notification or status update. I emailed the seller to request an update on the status and I have still not received any information back.

Have not received it, emailed the company and have heard nothing, tracking number they gave is not an active one. These were supposed to ship on the 17th.

I can't review this item yet as to I still have not yet received it. I think I should have by now but haven't.

Still has not arrived. I really hope they come in soon because they're a gift for my daughters birthday. EDIT: Dresses arrived and they're adorable! HOWEVER, I did not received the TinkerBell dress I ordered. Contacted customer support 4 days ago and I have not heard from them yet.

Still has not shipped. Shame on you Jane.com for featuring this seller. I gave them a chance despite the negative reviews assuming you would not have a seller who was still this bad. I was wrong. Wanted this dress for an event Friday and now I'm stuck scrambling. Don't buy if you need this in a reasonable time frame.

Never received the dress. Tried contacting the seller several times and many different ways and still have yet to hear from them (it's been 3 weeks). Very disappointed! This was supposed to be a gift too.

It's been several weeks and I still haven't received the princess dresses ordered from this seller. No response from the seller either. Would never order from Presley couture again

Super cute , simple and cottony-comfy! No weird itchy fabrics or crazy glitter everywhere like you get with a traditional princess costumes! Only complaint was shipping took a while! It's worth the wait.

It has been 3 weeks and it's still processing. I have emailed the company and haven't gotten a response.

I haven't received them yet. When I receive will be able to update review. Estimated shipping date was 9.17. For order on 9.9. I have emailed seller, waiting on a response. Update 10.6.17. Seller emailed back 9.27 after my email on 9.24 and said they would go out the next day. Package was finally mailed 10.4 and received 10.6. I ordered 4 dresses and only received 3. Have emailed seller again waiting on a response. 10.20 finally received my last dress of the order. So the dresses are great my daughter loves them. So in that regard I’m happy. I wouldn’t be so annoyed with this whole transaction if the seller would have just disclosed that shipping would take a month instead of stating 10 days or saying you would get them out ASAP. I mean just be upfront it’s better to do it that way instead of over promising.
