Item said it would ship in 10 days, bought for a gift and still have not received. Tried to contact seller have not heard back.

Haven't received items and it's been a month. Estimated shipping date has come and gone ages ago. Wouldn't recommend product from this company.

I purchased a comfy princess dress on 9/9 and never received it. I contacted the seller multiple times. I also contacted Jane support. Finally, the seller did email me back and offered to ship the dress the next day or refund my money. I asked her to ship my purchase right away. She said she would ship the next day. Two days later, no email confirming shipping. I attempted to reach her two more times, with no response. I would recommend that others think twice before buying from this seller. Jane support did refund my money. Their support was very helpful and prompt.

I would like to leave a positive review but I have yet to receive my order. A shipping label was created 9/17 and it is now the 30th. I contacted the seller and haven't gotten a response. I'm just hoping to actually get my dresses at this point.

Still waiting on item and I ordered it on 9/12!! Contacted seller twice to get no response until I emailed Jane support and they are working to fix it. Disappointed

Cute! It is being saved for Christmas but my daughter is going to love it. I sized it up to her back so she wouldn't see it and it seems like it will fit great! I got a size 6 and she is 6, average height but very slim.

Snow White and adorable!

Adorable! Took a long time to be delievered but it is the cutest!

These dresses are AMAZING!!! My daughter loves them- we've received so many compliments on them & since the ones we purchased have a fan/twirl design.... my daughter spins constantly!! We adore the Snow White dress- all cotton w a tad of stretch!!! Beautiful in person & now we've ordered more- Elena & Minnie!

Very cute a sparkly hat!! My daughter loves it... my only issue is we can't get the mouse ears to stand up- they just flip backwards. Otherwise this is an adorable hat & idea!!
