I placed this order on Sept 12th and it still has not shipped. I contacted the seller who said she would check on it then never got back to me. Sad bc they look really cute!!

So cute and so, so soft. I just love this little dress for my granddaughter.

Have yet to receive my items and it has been 17 days since stated the item should have been shipped.

Took longer to ship than expected as other reviews had stated. The dresses are absolutely adorable! Can't wait for my daughter to wear them to Disney and use for dress-up. I ordered Mickey and Snow White, they are worth the extra wait and I wish I would have ordered a few more.

My order was supposed to arrive over two weeks ago and I haven’t even received shipping information. Seller won’t return emails. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I’m shocked they are even allowed to sell on Jane.com.

Did not receive, just as others have mentioned. Tried emailing as well as sending them a Facebook message on the Presley Couture page with no response. The only time she did respond was when Jane support asked them to reply within 2 days. She did and said the package would be sent the following day, but a week later I still have yet to receive that number or the dress. I ordered and paid for it on September 8th, almost a whole month ago.

Item said it would ship in 10 days, bought for a gift and still have not received. Tried to contact seller have not heard back.

Haven't received items and it's been a month. Estimated shipping date has come and gone ages ago. Wouldn't recommend product from this company.

I purchased a comfy princess dress on 9/9 and never received it. I contacted the seller multiple times. I also contacted Jane support. Finally, the seller did email me back and offered to ship the dress the next day or refund my money. I asked her to ship my purchase right away. She said she would ship the next day. Two days later, no email confirming shipping. I attempted to reach her two more times, with no response. I would recommend that others think twice before buying from this seller. Jane support did refund my money. Their support was very helpful and prompt.
