The ornament was not at all likes it was pictured. The wringing was very light and made with poor quality!!!!
The font for the name appeared very weird and unlike the picture on my ornament. You cannot even tell that the name is Charlotte, so I had to throw it away. :(
I never received the item. Company has failed to to communicate effectively about a refund or locating item.
Our ornament came broken in half. :(
I'm really disappointed in my experience trying to buy this ornament I am currently on my way home from meeting my new baby nephew and was unable to bring this with as it didn't make it in time, despite ordering it well in advance I understand difficulties with shipping right now given the current pandemic; however, my frustration was the lack of communication I received from the seller when I emailed MULTIPLE times asking for any type of response and for my order to be canceled so I could be refunded I'm sure the ornament is nice; I will see when I get home However, based on my experience with the seller, I do not recommend this Very poor communication and lots of frustration
This product was supposed to ship a week ago, however it is still processing with no notification from the seller.
I ordered a personalized baby ornament on December 15, 2021 & it was estimated to ship by December 24th & I have yet to receive it. When I check the app, it says my order is STILL being processed. I've emailed the seller but haven't gotten a response. I was in no hurry to receive it but it looks like I won't be getting it at all.
Never received the item
Seller never sent me my order that I ordered on Dec 15, 2021. Seller never responded to the Jane Customer Service to give me a refund either. Very angry at this irresponsible behavior
This seller took over 2 months to fulfill my order, and then sent me a tracking number. It’s over a month later and I still haven’t received my items! And the seller will NOT get back to me.
