I ordered a different item and received 2 wrong items. I have contacted Jane customer service and was told I had to contact the seller and they gave me the information to do so. I contacted the seller, using the info from Jane, and was told it was not their product but Jane’s, contacted Jane’s again and was redirected again to a seller, seller said not their product, Jane’s, Jane’s not their product. I would not place another order from Jane’s and will make my family and friends do not as well. Terrible customer service and now J am stuck with 2 products that I do not want.

My sign arrived broken in 2 pieces. I contacted the seller and sent a picture as soon as I opened the package and sent a follow up e-mail a few days later and I still haven't received a response back.
It's cute, a decent size tho the writing is hard to see at any distance
Item was incorrect, Seller has been non responsive to correct the issue.
Such a cute little stamp to make sending mail out so much quicker! Especially with Christmas around the corner.
You get exactly what the picture shows and it stamps clean.
