Great quality

I initially ordered this on 5/24/16. The items were received on 6/16/16 but were not what I ordered, they had the wrong name on one and the other was illegible. Contacted the seller and on 6/20/16 they said they would fix and send out another set. It's 8/4/16 and I still haven't received them. I have been told they were shipped on 7/13/16 but there's no tracking information. I have requested a refund on several occasions but haven't gotten a response. These items were part of a birthday gift and the birthday came and went at the end of June. Their customer service and response time is a joke and I would not EVER order from this vendor nor would I recommend them to anyone. Not worth the hassle. It looks like I'm going to have to have my CC company dispute this with them directly.

Perfect. Got as a house warming gift for a friend

I would give this zero stars if I could. I ordered 9 cups and none of the engravings were the same height, so when I tried to take a picture of all of them in a row for part of my wedding album, they looked CHEAP. And they are cheap, no name tumblers. Spend your money on something quality. I ordered both tumblers and stamps from 2712 and they both were cheap products. Not to mention, their customer service department takes forever to get back to you, and if they do, they have a poor attitude with you. Spend your money with a company who cares about you, not these clowns.
