Purchased for my husband and he takes it everywhere!! Keeps ice over 24 hours, even in the south!!

Arrived damaged and much lighter than the images look online - almost hard to read the light yellow/orange the item arrives as. Very pretty though, and looking forward to using it if I can fix the damage.

Very appreciative of the customer service. I ordered 2 boards, 1 came slightly damaged and 2721 Designs happily issued me a replacement. Thank you for that! Happy MOM!!

Great quality

I initially ordered this on 5/24/16. The items were received on 6/16/16 but were not what I ordered, they had the wrong name on one and the other was illegible. Contacted the seller and on 6/20/16 they said they would fix and send out another set. It's 8/4/16 and I still haven't received them. I have been told they were shipped on 7/13/16 but there's no tracking information. I have requested a refund on several occasions but haven't gotten a response. These items were part of a birthday gift and the birthday came and went at the end of June. Their customer service and response time is a joke and I would not EVER order from this vendor nor would I recommend them to anyone. Not worth the hassle. It looks like I'm going to have to have my CC company dispute this with them directly.
