Keeps ice icy for about 18 hours. Drink is cold for 24 or so. The personalization looks fantastic. Thank you so much!
Just what I needed!
This is just as pictured, I just expected it to be a bit brighter ( higher contrast with blackboard) Gold lettering is muted. Think it would have been cuter if it were colorful and brighter.
Very nice , but wish they had a lid you could put a straw in.

There was no option to choose "no monogram" so in the personalization I put "none please". My cup arrived monogrammed with "no please". Seller refused to replace or refund even though they do not include an option to opt out of a monogram. Waste of money & poor customer service. What a joke.
