It is cheaply made.
HUGE disappointment… the ornament was clearly not proofed prior to creation and the babies’ birth year was printed as 3022… a thousand years in the future?? After I submitted the order I saw that the year was off and immediately I emailed seller prior to it being shipped still no response!!!!!

I received someone else's personalized ornament. I emailed the seller for a refund rather than a replacement due to the poor quality. I never got a response. I then emailed Jane twice and still no response. Very disappointing customer service!

Easy to use. But not always consistent with the stamping. Now I know some has to do with pressure but it seems like the ink is not evenly distributed. Only first started using it, so I am hopeful that it will fix itself out. Some spots are lighter. Would still order it again though.
