Good ornament. Lost a star because I did not receive the ribbon it says it comes with.

The stamp itself is nice, but I emailed customer service about an issue on my end and never got a response. Not good customer service.
Not the best quality
The kids loved having their names on their pencils. (Or anything else for that matter).
