VERY CHEAP MADE AND WHEN IT CAME IN THE LETTERS ARE CROOKED AND NOT LINED UP

I was disappointed they were both chipped badly but other than that they are neat

Would leave zero if possible. Gave this as a gift, and it didn't work. I was told the wine bottle was either too small or too large- which was silly. They were using it on a standard bottle. This was not an expensive item, and I'm sure defects occur. For the price, I'm not sure why the seller wouldn't just agree to replace it. Instead- they blamed the poor wine bottle... Obviously they aren't interested in repeat customers. Please beware- if item doesn't work- it's not their fault- it's your bottle's fault!
