Makes life easier
Unfortunately, this vendor's customer service is terrible. I have submitted multiple requests since December 20th regarding a missing piece of my order, and the vendor will not respond to me. Very disappointed that I did not receive all of the goods which I paid for, and now, I can't get a response regarding the issue.
Received someone else's embosser .. Never received mine .. Contacted them 3 times .. These people don't care about your satisfaction at ALL ! Horrific experience:( going back to shopping at Zulily!
