This insert is much thicker than it appears in this picture making it feel cheap in your hand. I almost didn't give it as a gift but it came so late to Christmas, I didn't have a back up gift.

I wish I could give zero stars. I received the wrong embosser and after multiple attempts over multiple weeks to contact 2712 designs I have not received a response.
Love it!
I love 2712, but have to say that I'm disappointed that the embosser doesn't quite emboss as pictured. I've tried different paper thicknesses and it doesn't leave the crisp imprint that is pictured in the images.
