DONT BUY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to. Horrible customer service as well as horrible products. I ordered this for my husband for Valentine's Day and I'm embarrassed to give it to him. It's scratched around the edges and customer service says it's my fault when they haven't even seen a picture of the scratched product. Cheaply made and looks like crap. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Emily Your initial complaint was that this was not made out of metal. It's important to be a responsible online buyer and read the product description before making a purchase. Waste of money. I watched the instruction video multiple times to make sure I was using it correctly. The embossing, regardless of amount of pressure used, wasn't visible even on dark colored paper as pictured. I'll stick with self-inking stamps from now on. Went in the trash!
