Fantastic!!
Extremely poor customer service. Sent me a stamp with the wrong address even after I contacted them about fixing it. Not only that but the stamp didn't even work. When I contacted them, their solution was for me to purchase a new stamp. No thanks! Also, they accused me of not reaching out to customer service when I clearly did. I didn't need to waste my money on a stamp that doesn't work and I certainly do not need to be accused of being a liar from their awful customer service people. Avoid this product.
Amanda, when you contacted us to make a change we notified you to cancel the order with Jane.com as it is clearly stated in the deal description that changes can not be made once an order is placed. If you had contacted Jane.com they would have assisted you with canceling your order but since you did not, the item was made as ordered. Not cool to say Jane.com did not do their part when they have great CS.
The etching is perfect
Came quick, pretty, and ready to hang!
Would not recommend. Five minutes after my order I realized I spelled the last name wrong. I immediately emailed them and someone replied back and said Jane.com orders could not be changed. Totally my error but since it took two weeks to ship I don't understand why it couldn't be fixed 5mins after the order was placed. Beware customer service not helpful.
Misty You emailed us at Jan 27 06:47 am that a change needed to be made. At Jan 27 08:56 am we replied that you must contact Jane and cancel and replace the order. You replied at Jan 27 09:49 am Stating that you were going to contact Jane to cancel the order.
Don't know how they work yet, got them for the grandkids to mark their stuff for school.... but I'd suggest they put the Name or something on the outside of the box so you'd know whose stamp is whose without having to open the box.
Cute and what I expected.
Good
Awesome! Heavy and durable. These would make great groomsmen gifts or stocking stuffers.
Rough edges, silver is scuffed, looks and feels cheap. I also think the thickness would make it cumbersome to keep in a man's wallet.
