First it took a month to be delivered. I was not in a rush for it so that wasn't a deal breaker but I would have liked to get it sooner since I got it for a gift for a friend. When it did finally come I was disappointed to find that the name plate and hook are two separate pieces that attach with a magnet. When I put it together the name plate just slides down the hook because the surface is too slick for the magnet to stay up

Shipping took 4 weeks, but it looks great, my husband will love it!

The perfect gift for my father-in-law!

Arrived damaged, contacted company and included pics of the items got an auto-response that it could take up to 3 days for their team to respond accordingly. No response, this was supposed to be part of my daughters Easter Basket. Bummed

It is a very nice item.my husband likes it..but it took almost 30 day to get it.that was the only downfall to it.we ordered it on March 15th and it didn't arrive until April 11th.
