If I could give a zero star I would. I have been in contact with the company on numerous occasions as the embosser they sent only does half of the address. Every time I contact them, they send me a how to video and tell me how easy it is to work. I agree it is easy, but it does not do the job correctly. The last communication I had with them I sent actual pictures of what the address looks like in different papers and they have failed to respond. Very disappointed as this was part of a wedding shower gift to a dear friend.

My kids love to stencil their name.

Great for my small business.

Very poor quality. The rubber was not trimmed properly, so the image looks very messy when stamped. I've tried doing it very gently, but then not all of the characters show up. I'm so disappointed. I tried to contact the seller a week ago and have not heard anything back. Also, the image is very small. They must have used mini envelopes to to take these photos or they are edited. Besides the rubber not being a clean cut, the text is quite small, making it very difficult to read. If you want a clean and professional stamp, look elsewhere.

Took forever to deliver (March 18 to April15), tracking number not valid - received automated message from customer service and no follow up message even after a second attempt at contact - name spins on holder due to magnet placement

Small magnet on back of oval name plate is not strong enough to stick to wreath hanger. Poorly made!

I love this product but never received it in the mail. I'm not really sure what happened but trying to get assistance from customer support has been a hassle! If it ever gets found I'm sure it will be a good gift.

Not at all what I was expecting even after reading the description. The silver is just overlaid over black plastic and in some places it's messed up. Not good quality.

First it took a month to be delivered. I was not in a rush for it so that wasn't a deal breaker but I would have liked to get it sooner since I got it for a gift for a friend. When it did finally come I was disappointed to find that the name plate and hook are two separate pieces that attach with a magnet. When I put it together the name plate just slides down the hook because the surface is too slick for the magnet to stay up

Shipping took 4 weeks, but it looks great, my husband will love it!
