Doesn’t work well- faded in spots
Very cute! It is thin. Nice gift idea.

It’s practically just stamped on but still not bad quality. Comes with 3 utensils.
Very unpleased with the customer service... I ordered 4 boxes. 2 of them turned out great. The other 2 do not look good at all. You can clearly tell someone distressed them. Which tells me they should be able to see if it looks bad or not. One has a huge long line going straight thru the name and it has also faded the letters. The second box has a huge smudge that clearly looks like it was hit or dropped. But I was quickly told it was a “knot” in the natural wood. It would be different if I hadn’t ordered 4 and can easily tell the difference between the two good ones and the two bad ones.. I contacted the company and mentioned replacing the messed up boxes or a refund and I suddenly quit hearing back from them. So I contacted them again and got a different person. Same thing. Funny when I mention refund they want to lose contact.. these were Christmas presents. And it’s not like I was asking for a refund on all boxes. Just to replace or refund the 2 boxes that were messed up... very unsatisfied.
As stated in the listing, these items are rustic. Since they are made from wood variations occur in the wood as well as the distressed look, this is also the appeal of these rustic planter boxes. We explained this multiple times in the multiple messages you sent us.
The stamp took a while to ship but it works and I’m happy about that. I just wish it already had a more plain box with the stamp on it. Now I’ve got to make my own as it comes in the generic stamp box package.
This is great!!! Inks evenly and straight. Excited to use it at school!!!
I was very disappointed in this purchase. First, it took almost a month to receive. Second, the cup was super TINY! That was not specified on the website. Also the engraving seems as if it’ll scratch off in the first wash. This was going to be a Christmas gift, but probably not now.
Please note the ship by dates are clearly shown in the listing for this personalized product. Your item was shipped before this date and was delivered on time. The item is permanently engraved so there is nothing to scratch off. It's sad you choose to leave a bad review over your oversight on ship times and your incorrect speculation that something may "rub off".
