We still haven’t gotten it yet and it’s been 4 weeks! When I tried to cancel it, I received some canned response that was zero help. I will never order again from Jane.com.. I don’t even know if it’s going to show up in time. Worst customer service and experience

I ordered this weeks in advance of school starting. Yes, it was on a flash sale so I'm sure they were bombarded with orders, but I emailed two times to check on my status and also let them know our first day of school (which was still over 10 days away at this time). I was never told that they would try to meet the deadline, etc., only a very generic response. The shipping was the slowest possible, and needless to say it did not arrive by our first day of school. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else!!!!!

I never receieved my order.

Awful Customer service!! I ordered on July 26th and by Aug 7th it still hadn't shipped so I contacted the seller to ask that they cancel the item if it was not going to ship out soon because it was not going to arrive on time for my son's first day (Aug 14th). Their response was it will ship when the listing says (which only said sometime before Aug 9th) and we won't cancel. Well Aug 13th is when it actually shipped so I obviously didn't get it on time and it's not even the board pictured. Garbage seller, wouldn't buy from ever again!

When I received the product it was damaged. I contacted the seller and never heard back! Don’t recommend! When I finally received it, it’s was almost 4 weeks later and my son had already started school! Very disappointed

Sadly, my item came cracked in half. It only come in a thin envelope. It was adorable though had it been intact

Took way too long to ship.

Product did not have all the categories shown in the photo. Only had first day of___ , today is___ and I am___ yrs old. Not happy with it at all!! Looks nothing like the photo

The writing is barely visible and looks like it's coming off in some places. It took a while to get here and I didn't have another option to use for the first day of school 😕

Both boards I ordered came damaged. Reached out to the seller for new ones and no response.

Order this for my daughter and have yet to receive it or be able to track it! I've reached out to the company 3 times with no response!!!

Arrived damaged and much lighter than the images look online - almost hard to read the light yellow/orange the item arrives as. Very pretty though, and looking forward to using it if I can fix the damage.

Chalk pens stain the board. Cannot get marks off

I ordered 2 chalkboards and was super excited to receive these so quickly. After opening, I was disappointed to see that the printing on the top half of the board of the pencil and personalized name is pretty poor. There are lines through both of the boards where paint is missing or rubbed off. Not great quality.

Cheaply made and chalk won't come off easily. Misspelled my personalization I requested.

I love the board but there was a line printed through my son's name. 😢

Cute - small but wish my daughters name was a little more centered with the graphic.

The item is cute and as described, but I ordered it August 17 and received it September 7, 2 days after my children started school. So it is no good to me this year, which was very disappointing. Wish me luck keeping track of it until next year. I kind of feel like I wasted my money because of such slow service.

The board is way smaller than shown in the pictures

Name was spelled wrong and it came chipped in the corner. Here’s to hoping I can paint over her name with chalkboard paint and fix the spelling.
