Ship date was February 12th, took over a month for it to even ship. I tried to contact anyone from customer service and STILL no one is returning my emails.
Never received and never responded to my email asking about delivery
I ordered this product and after a month still haven’t received it! Emailed the seller and never heard back
Never received. Contacted the seller and they never responded. POOR customer service! Do not purchase items for them.
Name was really small
I bought this as a gift. The wood was a little dark, not as pictured. Hope the paint will cover it up.

Product took several weeks to ship and was delivered damaged. Very disapointed as it was supposed to be a gift.
Very cute chalkboards! However, they were shipped in a plain, padded envelope which caused both chalkboards that I ordered to be damaged during delivery. I am still waiting on a response from this vendor. Responses from the vendor were prompt at first, but have now stopped. Not sure if I will receive replacement boards.
Terrible!! They arrived damaged and I contacted the seller to get either a refund or a replacement. After telling me that someone would get back to me NO ONE has and it has been almost 2 weeks. I'll be disputing it with my credit card company.
I actually love the product, but dealing with the seller has been a hassle. My chalkboard came broken in half. I took a picture and sent an email to the seller to see if I could get another chalkboard and they never responded. I waited a few days and sent another email, still no response. I would love this item but can't seem to get ahold of them. Also it is a little bit more flimsy than I thought it would be. More like cardboard than a traditional wooden chalkboard.
Took almost a month to recieve it, and once I did it was already damaged and peeling!
They spelled it wrong I have asked for a refund or redo and not heard back in two weeks
