got this for my nephew for my birthday and he loves this
I was disappointed to open the box and find that the stamp did not look like this picture. It was a blank space at the top of the stamp so you had no idea what the stamp was going to stamp. It made the presentation of the teacher gift almost embarrassing.
Thanks for your order. A specialty white card is included for you to stamp & easily add to the top of your stamp. We have found that customer's enjoy making their first stamp & adding this OPTIONAL card at the top.

I have been waiting on this item now for over 3 weeks. I have tried contacting the seller 3 times with no reply and I have tried contacting the shipping company. The tracking says it is sitting in Nashville and has been now for almost 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I simply want a response as to when it will be delivered or a full refund. This was to be an end of the year teacher gift and now I am out of time. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

Even though advertised for teacher appreciation week, they did not arrive in time. And the top of stamp did not include the image like pictured! Disappointing.

Shipping took a lot longer than expected. Stamps are good- but customer service poor. Ask for a receipt, told they could not give one to me. Asked to cancel the order, they did not.
Thanks for your order. This item was shipped well before the "ship by" date stated in the deal description. After order was received customer requested a receipt which we informed them can be found in their Jane.com account and was also emailed to them at time of order through Jane.com. Not sure about the "asked to cancel" remark as at no time did customer ask to cancel.
Would have liked it to be slightly larger, but my daughter like it and the personalization is cute
