I ordered this weeks in advance of school starting. Yes, it was on a flash sale so I'm sure they were bombarded with orders, but I emailed two times to check on my status and also let them know our first day of school (which was still over 10 days away at this time). I was never told that they would try to meet the deadline, etc., only a very generic response. The shipping was the slowest possible, and needless to say it did not arrive by our first day of school. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else!!!!!

The product itself is great! One of mine had a little chip at the bottom but not a big deal. However, the shipping took way too long. I ordered on 7/25 and didn't receive until 8/13 as my kids came home from their first day of school :( I think 3 weeks is a pretty long time for delivery of a small envelope. It should be noted somewhere if it wasn't included in the description.
