Super cute boards. Shipping times were reasonable for custom personalization. Overall happy customer.
Awful Customer service!! I ordered on July 26th and by Aug 7th it still hadn't shipped so I contacted the seller to ask that they cancel the item if it was not going to ship out soon because it was not going to arrive on time for my son's first day (Aug 14th). Their response was it will ship when the listing says (which only said sometime before Aug 9th) and we won't cancel. Well Aug 13th is when it actually shipped so I obviously didn't get it on time and it's not even the board pictured. Garbage seller, wouldn't buy from ever again!

This could be a great product but, it came with terrible instructions as to how to set it up. Still haven't been able to use it.
This didn’t ship on time. When I reached out to the seller I never got a response. Then I get the “rate this product” email but I still don’t have the product. Very frustrating.

I ordered this weeks in advance of school starting. Yes, it was on a flash sale so I'm sure they were bombarded with orders, but I emailed two times to check on my status and also let them know our first day of school (which was still over 10 days away at this time). I was never told that they would try to meet the deadline, etc., only a very generic response. The shipping was the slowest possible, and needless to say it did not arrive by our first day of school. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else!!!!!

The product itself is great! One of mine had a little chip at the bottom but not a big deal. However, the shipping took way too long. I ordered on 7/25 and didn't receive until 8/13 as my kids came home from their first day of school :( I think 3 weeks is a pretty long time for delivery of a small envelope. It should be noted somewhere if it wasn't included in the description.
