Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my niece and her husband. They LOVE this!
This item did not meet my expectations, I ordered a quantity of 2 and only received 1 base then after pulling the backing off of the acrylic pieces there were still machine markings on them,it would take them almost a week to respond back to my inquiries. The seller refused to allow me to return the items and refund my money. I will never purchase anything from this seller again.
These arrived very quickly and will be treasured for years!
Contacted the seller. Mine was scratched and monogram so small. Never heard anything from them. Very disappointed.
I ordered four of these stamps to give as teacher gifts and one for myself. ALL of them are very crooked and the stamp does not press evenly at all. It was such a shame. I found that I have to stamp it three-four times to get an even stamp, and even then it is crooked on the page. :(

Poor customer service. It’s a shame. I ordered two products. One was perfect, the other item was spelled incorrectly. It was disappointing since it was a Christmas present and being in the personalization business, one would assume they would check the spelling before shipping the item. However, I understand accidents happen. What really upset me was their unwillingness to rectify the situation. I notified them immediately of the mistake and asked how to return the item and when I could expect a replacement. They didn’t answer my questions and I instead, kept asking me about the misspelled item. It took three days of playing email tag before they told me they would issue a refund. I DIDNT ASK FOR A REFUND. I wanted a replacement! After contacting them and asking for a replacement instead they didn’t even send a refund and never responded. I finally had to contact Jane directly to mediate the situation. I realize it was just days before Christmas but poor customer service is inexcusable.
