Shipping is super slow. It’s the 31st and I still haven’t received it.
Ordered these as gifts, arrived on time and exactly as I wanted!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered 4 of these on Dec 2nd as Christmas gifts and never received them. The seller wouldn't respond when I inquired about them; therefore jane.com is supposed to be refunding my money now. I am so very disappointed because I was so excited to give these unique personalized gifts to the men in my life. Instead I showed up without a gift for them. Apparently this has happened to a lot of other people I noticed after I looked at some of the other recent reviews! I also think it's funny that this seller won't respond to the bad reviews that mention never receiving their order. They will only respond to the reviews that complain about the look of the item. Customer service is a joke from this seller.
Thank you for your order. We share your frustration with your order not being delivered and am sorry that this caused some difficulty with gift giving. Sadly during this busy time of year, items have a higher chance of getting lost in the mail. I show that are CS team have been in contact with you and are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

The box turned out okay when it finally arrived, the customer service from the engraver was horrible. I ordered the first of December and it did not arrive in time for Christmas, I reached out to the supplier a head of time to see if I could expedite shipping and they refused and were super rude when I when I asked about it.
I ordered two of these and both arrived with melted brown spots all along the top. I contacted them back on 12-7-19 in hopes for replacements for Christmas, but have yet to bear back. I just sent a follow up email today so we will see. Very disappointed.

I have yet to receive my order.
This address stamp came exactly as it should. I don't know if I am just not doing something right but it doesn't seem to distribute the ink evenly. My name is really dark but the address isn't as dark and sometimes needs to be written over with a marker. I have only tried it on shipping boxes, maybe it will do better on an envelope.
