Did not receive product in time like they said.
I have never gotten my item !!
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It still has not shipped. I contacted Jane customer service to cancel it and I did not receive a response. You can only contact via email. There is no customer service phone number.
Never received my item. It was shipped before Christmas and the tracking info shows no movement. Contacted the seller and they did nothing to resolve this issue. Won’t buy from them again.
Shipping is super slow. It’s the 31st and I still haven’t received it.
Ordered these as gifts, arrived on time and exactly as I wanted!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered 4 of these on Dec 2nd as Christmas gifts and never received them. The seller wouldn't respond when I inquired about them; therefore jane.com is supposed to be refunding my money now. I am so very disappointed because I was so excited to give these unique personalized gifts to the men in my life. Instead I showed up without a gift for them. Apparently this has happened to a lot of other people I noticed after I looked at some of the other recent reviews! I also think it's funny that this seller won't respond to the bad reviews that mention never receiving their order. They will only respond to the reviews that complain about the look of the item. Customer service is a joke from this seller.

The box turned out okay when it finally arrived, the customer service from the engraver was horrible. I ordered the first of December and it did not arrive in time for Christmas, I reached out to the supplier a head of time to see if I could expedite shipping and they refused and were super rude when I when I asked about it.
I ordered two of these and both arrived with melted brown spots all along the top. I contacted them back on 12-7-19 in hopes for replacements for Christmas, but have yet to bear back. I just sent a follow up email today so we will see. Very disappointed.
