Cheap.

I still have NOT received this. Ordered on 10/25 - address incorrect by me - attempt at a redelivery at new address - contacted seller, they said it was still out and could take up to 6 weeks - went to post office at 6 weeks - post office said it was sent back - contacted them again on 11/24 and haven’t heard back. Frustrated.

Not sure why I am prompted to review this item. I ordered it weeks ago and still haven't received it....

So sad! I really wanted to like this too. I’ve ordered so much from Jane and this is by far the worst piece I have received. Very flimsy, and the name plate falls off constantly because the magnet is small and hot glued. Also, perhaps the worst part, is normal wreath holders are square at the top to accommodate the door. This. One. Isn’t. So it’s scratched and bent the first time I shut the door on it. Thank goodness it was cheap, because it’s terrible quality. Would read the reviews more thoroughly next time!

The hanger is way too short and as a result, the wreath would set very high in the window.

It is small, the wreaths are too big for it. The plaque is plywood and will not tolerate the weather for long

Would leave zero if I could. The plaque is made of of flimsy fiberboard and will never hold up outside. Seller would not respond to me except sorry it is personalized. No refunds. Do not deal w this seller

I ordered what is shown in the picture except with script lettering but got something completely different. It was going to be a Christmas present but I can not get the people at 2712 Designs to answer my emails, give me the correct item, or issue a refund. I am very hesitant to order anything else from your website. I have tried to email your company & it gets returned.

The item is beautiful!! I ordered a second one that was placed on Nov 18 and supposed to ship on Nov 28 I have heard nothing. I have emailed twice and finally a rep from Jane answered and said he reached out to the company and they would be in touch and nothing!!! Thenoffered to refund my money!!! That was nice but this was a gift!!!! Not happy with this company at all. If I could have given them a 0 I would have due to their customer service!!

Very cheaply made

Extremely poor in quality. Waited weeks to receive this item. When it arrived, it was nothing more than etched cardboard and not appropriate material for an exterior. Once the cardboard is wet, the material is ruined. I am very disappointed with this product and do not recommend it. You will waste your money!!

Still waiting for the shipment

First it took a month to be delivered. I was not in a rush for it so that wasn't a deal breaker but I would have liked to get it sooner since I got it for a gift for a friend. When it did finally come I was disappointed to find that the name plate and hook are two separate pieces that attach with a magnet. When I put it together the name plate just slides down the hook because the surface is too slick for the magnet to stay up

This is such a super cute concept, but I'm highly disappointed with the product. The name "plate" is a separate piece & you just stick it to the door hook with this teeny tiny magnet that does not hold! My name plate falls off and when it does stay, it droops & it is always crooked. I loved this idea but I'm really disappointed.

Magnetic name plate does not stay on hook. It slides off the hook or slants crooked when the door is touched (and sometimes when it isn't).

Cute holder. But the name sign is held on by a magnet, and isn't very strong. So every time the door opens or closes, the sign swivels and is tilted. It's pretty obnoxious, actually.

The magnet does not work very well, it moves a lot and is not strong. I had ordered these for mother's day 2 1/2 weeks prior to the holiday and did not receive them until 4 days afterwards, so if ordering these make sure it is a month in advance if it's for a special occasion.

The Name is a magnet and tends to slide off so I'm not sure how this will hold up over time.
