Took forever to deliver (March 18 to April15), tracking number not valid - received automated message from customer service and no follow up message even after a second attempt at contact - name spins on holder due to magnet placement

It took so long to receive, and is cheaply made for the money

Very disappointed with this item. This took over a month to arrive and when I did finally get it, the hook arrived bent. Also the magnet that holds the name plate on the hook is not strong enough to hold it up. It hangs crooked and falls. Would not recommend this item.

I was super disappointed with this purchase. The hook is smaller than an average size door hook which makes the wreath hang rather high. The biggest upset though is the personalization plaque. I thought it would be attached to the hook. It is a small magnet, which they did not even apply centered so now the plaque hangs crooked every single time the door is opened or closed. Definitely not worth the cost.

Item shipped 7 days late. I never received updated information, even after contacting seller. Finally received item 15 days after original receive date. Name plate is not attached to holder and therefore falls off easily when the door opens and closes. Not at all worth the price or headache.

Came a month after I ordered it. The name isn't centered on the name plate. I had to hot glue the nameplate onto the door hanger because it would not stay on or would go crooked. Not worth the money.

Very disappointing, item quality is horrible. The name is printed off center and is on a piece of paperboard like material. I did not realize this was a magnetized item and the magnet that is "supposed" to hold it to the wreath hanger is not large enough to keep it centered; it begins slipping and tilting immediately. Complete waste of money and I was so looking forward to using this item.

The magnet isn't strong enough to hold the plaque in place on the holder. I would love to leave more stars but I expected a little better quality for what I paid. Definitely not worth the money. Also, it is very deceiving with the wreath in the photo, I assumed it came with the set up.

Cheap!! Printing is bad. And customer service was rude and didn't do anything.

Terrible quality. Magnet that holds nameplate is nearly too weak to stay fastened. Disappointed. At this price point quality should be better.

I've sent 4 emails asking them what they were going to do about replacing my order since the package came to my house empty and I've not gotten a response. SUPER disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give this NO STARS. First attempt to deliver the BAG was EMPTY. Still dealing with Customer NO service for 1 month trying to Just get it Delivered. By the reviews Looks like others have had the same DISAPPOINTMENT I have just trying to get what they paid for.

I had a sudden change of address while this package was being shipped and it eventually was sent back to the sender. I contacted sender they initially seemed agreeable to resend the package. I still have not received my package and it’s a personalized Christmas present. She has stopped responding to emails and kept my money that I paid for the item.
