Hat is perfectly as described. Ponytail or messy bun do not fit through top cross, which is fine. I love this hat and have had many compliments

It's so cool to have a hat that is made for ponytails. It hurts my head a little since I have so much hair to deal with, but I love the idea of having hair out of my face!
