Great customer service. They didn’t have the cross cross hat but did offer me a refund. They were fast in resolving the issue and would buy from them again I love the hat with the bun opening in back, really cute.

Love the criss cross. My hair is not always at the same height so this makes it easy to find the right spot when popping the hat on as I head out the door.
