Sent the wrong item. Couldn't fix it.

I really like the bag. It came damaged and hopefully the shop will send a new one. Waiting to hear back. I do wish it was more formed fitting so it goes to feel like clothes are everywhere.

Really cute but zipper broke first time I used it. Pretty disappointed

Very cute bag but my straps must have gotten hot in shipping because they were stuck to the plastic bag and it took off the faux leather on one of the straps.

Not great quality

The bag is good quality, however, I ordered the all leopard style and got a completely different style. I tried to contact the seller, but did not receive a response.

The small print says this seller generally ships in 4 days Two and a half weeks later ... and my product still hasn't shipped I get all the excuses, but transparency along the way would be better than excuses

I was disappointed in the size. It appears to be larger and sure, it's 27 inches if you measure from the faux leather end but the actual bag is not that big. Here are the real measurements of the bag: 24 x 14.5 x 8

The bag I received is WAY darker than the color they show in the photo. When I reached out to ask, they said the color might just appear differently depending on what device I'm viewing it on. Not true-the picture shows a lighter colored bag no matter what device I'm using (phone, iPad, laptop, etc) They need an updated picture with a dark CAMEL colored bag.

Kind of feels like it might tear up easy but I won’t be using it very much. Maybe a few times a year. Super cute though.

Pretty nice bag

Love the bag. It’s not the one pictured. The one in the picture has a white back ground. The bag I got is gold yellow. Which I really don’t care for. But I’ll keep.

Was expecting the quality to be better not sure how long it will hold up. but looks nice
