Love it. Ordered one and liked it so much that I ordered one in another color.
I have many of these colors. Love them!
The bag I received looks NOTHING like the picture. The color is COMPLETELY differently.
This looks absolutely nothing like the picture.
This product is a flop. And the vendor is not very helpful with the return process. I want to send this bag back with a full refund.
Does not look like the pictures. Material isn't the "quality" I was hoping for. Also, wasn't happy with how it was shipped - folded up to fit in a much smaller shipping bag.

I placed my order on 8/2/19, it says it will ship by 8/10/19. Today marks 17 days since I ordered and my item has not shipped nor do I have a way to contact the seller of the item I ordered. This was my first jane.com order and probably my last. Not very happy about this transaction.
My zipper broke immediately after opening. Would love a new bag to make it right.
Cheaply made. First time I tried to use it the zipper broke. Disappointment.
This bag feels and looks cheap for the money it cost. I bought this for a gift and don’t know it I should give it because of the low quality. Also I ordered on November 29th and it came on December 16.
Says it would ship by the 15th, label created on the 9th. No updates since label was created. Still has not shipped. Trying to cancel order with seller. Got no response so I’ve emailed Jane support. Hopefully they will cancel. I will avoid this seller in the future.
but better not be in a hurry. Very very very slow shipper. its been 3 weeks still havent received it.

Still have not received this item even though it said it would ship by Aug 1. I contested seller and so far no response!
I never received my product! And no one has returned my emails!
The leopard one looks nothing like the photo they posted. Don't waste your time
Didn’t receive that shoulder strap that is shown in pic
They shipped the wrong bag. Got all leopard and I orderd leopard and stipes.
