The letters were not even and the last letter wasn't all the way engraved or stamped down?

The item was shipped and lost within the post office. Not the company's fault, however I emailed the company (Becky) with question and for help. She replied with a nasty, sarcastic and rude email. She was not helpful at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM Whirlybird Designs.

This is super cute, but I was under the impression that it was much larger. It's VERY small. It was probably my fault that I didn't read the description better, but I wouldn't recommend this for the size only. Everything else about it is great, that's why the 4 stars. I didn't want to give less stars for something that was my fault for not reading about.
