The item was shipped and lost within the post office. Not the company's fault, however I emailed the company (Becky) with question and for help. She replied with a nasty, sarcastic and rude email. She was not helpful at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM Whirlybird Designs.

I am so sorry that this customer was not completely satisfied, but I assure everyone that my response was never rude. I simply explained to the customer that it was too soon to consider her package as lost, and she needed to wait a few more days. The good news is that her package has since been delivered. Sometimes a customer just isn't happy with a response that a seller gives them, and its not that we (the sellers) are being rude, rather that they feel we are not being helpful. Please remember that sellers have no control over the postal service, and when delays happen, we cannot do anything to speed the process up. We all simply have to be patient. I wish this buyer good luck in the future.
