Had this customer reached out to me, and shown photos, I would have been happy to resolve the issue. Don't be afraid to tell sellers if there is an issue that we can fix. You'll find most of us are happy to help, but we cannot fix a problem that we are not told about. I did reach out to this seller, and her complaint was over a spelling mistake (her mistake, not mine, and she was given options to purchase a new charm). She never mentioned any other problems with her purchase.

However, I messaged the seller and she immediately sent me a new pair which seem to be just fine and are really cute! And the shipping was super fast as well!
