Got these for granddaughter, so cute
Looks beautiful and I even received a handwritten note from the seller. Nice touch. It's a mother's day gift for my daughter but might have to give it to her sooner because they are so cute! (I bought 2!)

This necklace literally broke in half when I picked it up to try on.
My necklace arrived broken. This is my second order as the first one was lost in the mail (USPS fault). It arrived timely, but broken. I sent pictures showing it arrived broken, but I’ve had no resolution or reply as to what will be done, and it’s been several days since I contacted the company. Stuff happens, but not having a solution several days after contacting them I won’t purchase again. Disappointed as this was my Mother’s Day gift to myself.
Necklace arrived broken. I contacted the owner, gave my order number and name. Didn’t get a reply. Contacted Jane customer service and they then contacted the owner. The owner then replied very rudely calling me a liar and stating that she mailed me a new chain the next day which was April 21st. I never did receive an email from the owner stating a chain was mailed to me until Jane’s customer service reached out to her. Now it is May 8th and I still haven’t Received any tracking info and no chain in the mail. I love Jane and this is the first time I received such awful customer service from one of their small businesses. I am now stuck with a broken necklace and will not ever do business with this owner again.
The clasp broke after wearing it just a few times.
