I purchased item on 5/19/20 and it was supposed to be shipped by 5/24/20, but it's still reflecting as "processing". I have sent an email to the contact person for the purchase, but I'm yet to receive a response back.

Buyers beware! I ordered on May 18 and show this was in preshippment on May 23 - it is now June 3 and it's still in preshippment... I've sent an email to the buyer. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I was sent an email asking for one.

Still have NOT received.. seller contacted..no response from seller

I ordered my daughters name. It was exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to paint it and put on her wall.

I thought it would be white the edges need to be sanded and I thought it would be bigger

I will be happy to change my review once my item has been delivered but as now- I ordered 17 days ago and all I have had as communication was a generic letter from the seller that my item was probably shipped but there was no way to track it. And so I have no idea when to expect it. Very disappointed in my first experience using a seller on Jane.

I ordered option 1 for the font. We chose Jean as the middle name for our daughter since it has family meaning. When receiving the name signs, the J looks like an F. I would have preferred a proof sent to confirm that option choice or to choose a different one so it would clearly read Jean or have a picture of each fonts upper case and lower case alphabet on the picture shown. The name was supposed to ship on May 24th. When I checked it said a label had been created on the 22nd but never showed an estimated arrival time. I contacted the seller and never heard back. I’m not completely displeased with the purchase, we can still use the first name but having a proof sent before the actual cutting would have made the purchase better.
