I have been very hesitant on what to put here. This seller is the absolute worst at communication I have ever dealt with. The dates that were put for shipping were extremely off. It took me over a month to receive my order. I had emailed the seller multiple times and got absolutely no response. I ended up having to contact Jane customer service, and even after that, I never heard from the seller, even though Jane had requested her to contact me in the cc’d email. It ended up magically being shipped a few days after me contacting customer service, surprise. Makes me wonder what would’ve happened had I not escalated the issue. While the actual product is very lovely, the hassle to get it was not worth it when there are other sellers who do the same. Be wary of this seller and the estimated arrival time if you need it for a specific event.

Item came delivered broken. The entire first name is about to break in half. I contacted the seller through email twice and on Facebook and have not received an email back regarding getting the item fixed. Very disappointed as this was for my first babies nursery. Will not purchase again from this company.

I would recommend this item but make sure you read the description. The wood is not painted. It states down towards the bottom of the description.

I have ordered these for both our littles.... the first one was two years ago and the second one was more recently and their quality is still great and I love that I can paint/stain it myself!

The quality of this product is by far better then what I was expecting. The reason for me placing it for 3 stars it due to me not receiving it during the time frame they originally gave me and also there was an issue with the cutout. I reached out to customer service to see if there was a way to fix it and there has been no response.

Not what I expected

Received my name signs today! They are well made and very cute. The reason for the low stars is when I originally ordered them it gave me a date of a week in a half later. Unfortunately, I did not receive them on time. (They did create a shipping label) I did have to reach out to the company and they did respond within a few days and they had promised me they had shipped. Well as soon as I reached out to them the next day USPS has shipped my item. All in all it ook 3.5 weeks to receive.

This was a gift and kids loved it! It was big and papar was nice, not thin or flimsy. Would order again.

The wood name is absolutely beautiful and reasonable prices compared to others I’ve seen. I will note that it took much longer to receive than originally stated. So order early!

It kept my daughters entertained for hours!

My order was supposed to ship on May 24 and was delayed due to covid. I received it today and absolutely love it!! The seller promptly responded to my email when I inquired about shipping. It is worth the wait! Remember to have grace on these small businesses during this time!

Had to sand a couple rough edges but over all an amazing decision. It came out perfectly!!

They look great but mine did arrive broken. We are fixing it but it could have been packaged a little better. The product itself is just like the photos.

Haven’t painted them yet but they turned out great.

Love this! We got it for use at daughter’s wedding. Had bride and grooms names cut for a wall/fence area.

This is BEAUTIFUL. I am so so so happy with it. It is perfect for the nursery we are decorating. My baby girls name is a bit long so I was concerned but it is perfect.
