They did a great job cutting our name. All the edges are smooth and the item was packaged really well for shipping. My only regret is that I didn't realize this was MDF (it was in the description, this is on me). I thought it was wood based on some of the comments and should have looked at the listing more closely. This vendor has an Etsy shop where she offers the names in wood (perhaps they were offered in actual wood on Jane previously) and with various finishes. If your name is longer, like ours is, the MFD is a bit flimsy and I've been handling it very gingerly to paint and hang it so it doesn't break. If I had a choice I would have gotten an actual wood name. I may order another one in wood from this vendor in the future as her work is really great and I feel the wood would have a longer life.

My only complaint, I wish the little thing over the was more separate. “É” other then that it’s really cute.

The puzzle arrived not painted. The name and background are all cardboard brown color. Quality of the name was good but won’t even give since it is so ugly. Very disappointed.

It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, and a week since it said it was supposed to ship and it says it’s still processing. I have emailed the seller and still haven’t heard anything back. Definitely don’t recommend.
