I ordered this item over a month ago and my card has been charged. The tracking number was generated and it had shown as preparing to shop for weeks. I have tried contacting the seller with no response. I am now attempting to remedy the situation with Jane’s assistance and still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointing customer service.

Came weeks later than promised and not until I asked about it. When it finally arrived after 2 day shipping, it arrived broken and damaged in multiple places. The material is cheap and not worth the price! Ao disappointed!!

My item was shipped and came in timely manner, when received the first letter of the name was broken off. I reached out to seller and got no responds. Went through Jane support waited almost 2 weeks and still no responds from seller. Very disappointed, just wanted for my nursery. I guess I’ll have to order something new. Would not recommend as clearly their customers are not a priority.

Love this. It turned out supoer cute. The wood is thin and can break easily so be careful. Shipping packaging was great.

Bought this for a baby shower gift. It is so cute. Just remember that these are shipped unpainted. They are just as described and are high quality.

Style and name very cute. I have ordered 3 of these in the past and for some reason this one did not have a good tension on the clothespin spring. It doesn’t hold a heavier towel. The other 3 I have are great.

They did a great job cutting our name. All the edges are smooth and the item was packaged really well for shipping. My only regret is that I didn't realize this was MDF (it was in the description, this is on me). I thought it was wood based on some of the comments and should have looked at the listing more closely. This vendor has an Etsy shop where she offers the names in wood (perhaps they were offered in actual wood on Jane previously) and with various finishes. If your name is longer, like ours is, the MFD is a bit flimsy and I've been handling it very gingerly to paint and hang it so it doesn't break. If I had a choice I would have gotten an actual wood name. I may order another one in wood from this vendor in the future as her work is really great and I feel the wood would have a longer life.

My only complaint, I wish the little thing over the was more separate. “É” other then that it’s really cute.
