Letters looked great and arrived in a timely manner. We bought them for our first grand-baby.

At this point I will say no, I do not recommend but his product but this is subject to update. I ordered sign as a birthday gift for my daughter. I waited anxiously for its arrival and was excited when I saw a large flat package at my front door when I got home last night. I opened the package and unfortunately it was BROKEN! I had not even taken it out of the box and found half of the sign broken in two. I will say the packaging was flimsy and not well padded to protect the sign. I immediately contacted Jane and they quickly responded. They contacted the seller and I am awaiting a response from them. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the seller will respond as quickly as Jane did to remedy this situation. Hopefully I will get a positive response and replacement before my daughter's birthday. I hope I will be able to change my review to a positive one!

I ordered my first daughter's name sign from here. For my second daughter the signs were out of stock,so I ordered a similar name sign on Amazon I paid $50 for the first name only and it was so small,especially compared to my first daughter's sign I was really unhappy. I messaged the seller on here to see when the signs would be back in stock, I wish I would have done that in the first place I would have saved time and money,plus this seller does the first and middle name if I have a third child I know where to go.

I am totally disappointed in this product. It did not make it clear that what you receive is a blank piece of pressed fiber (it is not wood) and that it is not painted. I did order this in a hurry and thought the DIY was the brand, not that you receive a raw unfinished product. Although I am not a do it yourself person, I would purchase the paint and finish the product, except it is for my one-year-old grandson. I would be very concerned about what type of paint would be safe for a little one. I reached out to the seller to try and return and have heard nothing. Everything I have ordered on JANE has had to be returned and I have not gotten any support from JANE. I am totally disappointed. I don't feel this puzzle is worth the price and I have heard nothing from the seller.

Absolutely loved it. Comes unpainted which is fine. I was able to go buy $3 spray paint and choose my own color. Came out absolutely beautiful and not cheaply made.

The wood name was exactly as pictured. It was thicker and more sturdy than I expected which was obviously a good thing. It was very smooth so was a breeze to paint and looks great in my little girls room.

These are perfect for our kids’ bathroom! Quality is excellent and the names were beautiful on the gray clip. Love how it comes with Velcro backing for easy hanging on the wall with no damage. Should have ordered one for me and my hubby!!! ❤️

Took a little while to get here but it was worth the wait! High quality wood so I was able to stain it and it looks perfect above my daughter’s crib!
